Items will be sent within 2-5 working days of placing the order.
Annabel will give you an estimated delivery date for the goods but no times or dates provided are guaranteed.
£4 UK postage with Special Delivery-next day, insured for £500 and require a signature upon arrival.
For international orders please email me for a quote on international delivery.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability. Annabel reserves the right to refuse an order at any time. If it is not possible to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.

PRICES

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the current UK rate.

PAYMENT TERMS

All pieces of work remain the property of Annabel Hood until paid for in full.

DELIVERY TIMES

Each item is hand crafted to order by Annabel in her Edinburgh studio. Pieces on stock will be sent within 5 working days of placing the order. In case of a piece taking longer than 5 working days, Annabel will be in touch to advise an estimated delivery date. Bespoke orders will take a little longer for dispatch at around 4+ weeks, this is dependant on the type of piece being made. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Annabel directly via email and she will try her best to accommodate your needs.

POSTAGE

Delivery is £4 to all UK addresses. Items are sent out using Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.

For International orders please contact me for a quote for shipping.

Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

PACKAGING

All items are delivered in card gift box, which can be used as a storage box to protect your new pieces. Silverware and larger items come in cotton drawstring bags, these can be used to protect items whilst traveling or to prevent dust and dirt settling on your pieces whilst being stored.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order please notify Annabel via email within 24 hours.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Annabel within 14 days of receiving your jewellery to arrange a refund or exchange, providing it is returned unworn and in its original condition.

Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request.

Please ensure that the items are safely packaged and return to us using tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.

Annabel cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please inform Annabel within 7 days of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Item must be returned for assessment and in the event of wilful damage being determined no refund or replacement will be given.

REPAIR POLICY

Annabel offers repairs due to user wear and production fault. Annabel is happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store or in person. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Repairs such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. Items are repaired at the owner’s expense plus shipping charge.

WEBSITE CONTENT

All photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours are as accurate as possible, however due to the handcrafted nature of the products slight variations may occur between pieces. Images may not be actual size. Please refer to the individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
